Delivery and Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you are not entirely satisfied we're here to help.

Delivery
We ship standard UK orders within 1-3 working days after an order is placed. All standard deliveries will usually be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and can usually be expected within 2-4 business days.
Delivery for our made to order products will vary depending on the product - please contact us for more information.
You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your candles urgently please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Faulty Items
Please contact us via sales@huntandgill.com along with a photo of the damaged item.  We will liaise with you to arrange either a replacement or a refund.

Changed your Mind?
You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.

Made to Order Candles
You may return items bought from our standard range of products but this policy excludes items that are made to order or personalised, unless they are incorrectly supplied or faulty.  Our memorial candles are made to order, once the confirmation of order has been processed then we are unable to accept a returns request.  These terms comply with the UK Governments online and distance selling regulations.

If you have any questions regarding your made to order products please let us know as soon as possible

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
