Payment and Delivery
Once your design is approved we will set up a direct debit for payment to be taken. Delivery will be made once payment has been processed.
Any changes to future deliveries require 12 weeks notice to give sufficient time to make changes to your bespoke order.
All of our goods are made to order and prepared 3 months in advance and therefore we run a strict cancellation policy:
All rolling subscriptions require a 12 week cancellation notice.
All annual orders are costed on your usage over a 12 month period. Upon acceptance of our proposal and approval of artwork, all bespoke items will be printed for the 12 month period.
If you cancel the contract part way through there will be a 50% cancellation fee for any unfulfilled items.
